Not only that, but the work was done quickly and efficiently. The staff were also incredibly helpful when I was looking at purchasing some new items. To top it all off, their per gram price was the lowest I found compared to other stores. I highly recommend them for their excellent service, fair prices, and genuine helpfulness. Daniel I initially had an issue with a gold chain that came apart on its own (outside of its warranty). Followed by further multiple complications when trying to get it repaired. So why the five stars? When I visited the store, the manager was incredibly apologetic, went above and beyond to track down my original purchase across multiple systems, and ultimately provided me with a replacement chain to make up for the difficulties I had encountered at every step of the process. Their genuine care to make it right made all the difference in the end, and I truly appreciated it!
