The staff, specifically the young girl Bella and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly. Bella guided me through multiple styles until we found the one that I liked. She was extremely supportive and listened intently to my request. Helen pitched in to also recommend a few styles. The two were so lovely and warm in their customer service. Definitely the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend Prouds Point Cook!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Liam R After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit hesitant to check out the store, but I tried them out anyway and had a great experience recently. They held the item I found on their ebay for the day, and so I came to the store that afternoon. The team had the item for me and gave a decent price. The staff were fairly chill, were not pushy and they let me inspect the item until I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. Would recommend others to give them a chance too, they’re genuinely good.
