Sue Daniels Cant fault the customer service. I was very surprised to read other reviews, as my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I ordered some earrings for Mothers Day which Australia Post lost. After waiting patiently for a few weeks to see if 1st pair were found, a 2nd pair of earrings were sent out and thankfully these were received quickly with no issues. Earrings are just gorgeous. I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

Amelia C I took a thin, gold claddagh ring to be repaired at Diann Jewellers. While it may not be worth much money, to me it is precious as it was from my friend who recently passed. Another jeweller said it wasnt worth the cost. But the shop assistant at Diann was very caring and explained what the jeweller would do. 2 days later the jeweller gave me the quote, and 2 weeks after that I got my ring back. It is better than a new ring! Its solid, thickened with extra gold. But the front is still exactly as the day my friend bought it for me over a decade ago. Thank you for saving this memory for me.
