1 /5 Chad Johnson: Honestly very unprofessional the way this lady if that the right way to describe her. Everyone there seems so rude and rough. The quality of their stock looks cheap and definitely way over price. Shocking experience truly. We went to other jewelleres near by at Warriewood Square and was a wonderful experience. NOT Stapleton Jewellers. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

3 /5 Edna McKelvey: Seriously upset with this store. Took a chain in to be repaired in the middle where it had broken which has a small diamond that hangs of it. Upon return the diamond no longer fits on the chain. For some reason the clasp of the chain has been altered. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue with this jeweler. My own fault for going back there. However not again. Went back to try and get it sorted and of course we were wrong - typically the response of this business is they are ever right and customer is wrong. I rarely do reviews as mostly I find people respect what is being said but so upset and angry here thus motivated to write this. Stay away from this business. Check other reviews. I am not alone in perspective here.

1 /5 Genevieve Karlein: Please take care when sending your jewellery here for repair. After 4 months of having my ring in for repair, because it was apparently sent to four different setters to reinforce claws, it was returned to me with the morganite stone badly chipped in two areas. As I take great care of my rings, I immediately noticed, and was then told after a few more weeks that it was an old ring and I was lying as I must have worn it for years. After presenting proof of purchase and certificates proving it was new, we were dismissed. After waiting four months for the claws to be repaired, one has snapped completely off, and now I sit with a ring missing a claw and unacceptably chipped in two areas. Total lack of honesty, integrity, and regard for other peoples property. Please think twice.

5 /5 Dearne Natoli: Amazing range of high quality jewellery and informative and charming staff. I have bought in store and ordered special pieces as well and the owner and staff have gone above and beyond to get in what I was after. Extremely high quality jewellery, wide range of options and wonderful staff!
