The call was answered by a staff member named Monica, whose manner was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was trying to ask her questions, she was speaking to other customers in the background and seemed more focused on them than on our call. Her tone was abrupt and dismissive, which left me with a very negative impression. It’s unfortunate, as I had been seriously considering a purchase. Thankfully, there are many other jewellery stores in locally.
