A lucas I had a great experience from the moment I walked into Alder fine jewellery. Shani and her team really are the best at creating personalised pieces, as well as having a good collection in store. Im so happy with how they brought the design to life and how good their quality is, I look forward to adding more of their pieces to my collection!

Mehak June I done the ear piercing from here and that was my first and worst experience from lovisa. I have done nearly before month. And i visit today because my earing stuck in the ear . And request for help but she directly refuse to do it. I will never come back here . Very bad experience really hated this.

Swetha Kumar staff not empowered to accept returns even within their 30 day window... make you run around 5 times and ask to come in narrow windows (e.g. tue 2-3pm) when there is a manager.
