The store owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. What truly stood out was the owner staying after business hours just to help me out—something you don’t see often these days. The attention to detail, care, and genuine dedication to customer satisfaction was exceptional. Both my watch and bracelet now fit perfectly and look as good as new.
