Sooky Leong After having kids, I struggled to find something that could rebuild my fitness without leaving me exhausted or injured. STRONG Balwyn has completely changed that for me. The mix of low-impact, high-variety strength and cardio training has rebuilt my body confidence and taken my fitness to a whole new level. I’m now in the best shape of my life — stronger, leaner, and more energised than ever. The trainers (shout out to Meg, Georgia, Hannah, Lottie and Crysta!) are not only motivating but also provide excellent technique corrections, so I feel safe and supported while getting the most out of every session. Workouts are challenging, and the environment is welcoming. Next milestone - 150 classes and not looking back. Could not recommend more highly!

Eden Patamia Ignite is an incredibly friendly and welcoming environment. The trainers are super supportive and give great guidance whether you’re a beginner or experienced in the gym. The clients are also very supportive of each other and it’s always a good vibe during classes. Would highly recommend!

Smile Taksal Great gym — always spotless, well-maintained, and constantly upgrading with new machines. The members respect the space and put weights back, and the staff make it feel like home. Easily the best training environment I’ve been in.

Khush Huge pool. Great for recreation as well as learning swimming. Lot of parking space available. Spa, steam and sauna are $13.20 where just the pool access is $8.20. You can buy swim suit and other gear at the reception as well. Cafeteria inside.

Dat Van James Nguyen is fantastic! I’ve injured both shoulders and the pain would wake me up at night. He literally fixed 95% of it on my first visit and elieved all my tension around my next and shoulders on my second visit. Just can’t believe how much relief he has given me after months of discomfort. James is very personable, honest and provides instant result. I can’t recommend him enough!
