Terry suggested to change the claws to tinny silver ones so it is safer. Steph Wilson Fantastic customer service, my 17y.o. son went in to get some links removed from his new watch, they removed the links, & didnt charge him. We were quoted $20 from the larger jewellers in the shopping centres, it pays to shop local, Ive been going to this jeweller for years, & highly recommended them..
