Kyha Redman A truly wonderful experience. We made a few visits into the Knox Holdsworth store to view engagement rings and this is where I fell in love with the Teal Sapphire. On 9/10/2024 my partner proposed in New York City with the most magnificent Teal Sapphire cluster ring. The quality and craftsmanship that has gone into to making my ring is like no other. We are still away, but I cant wait to visit the Knox store to personally thank everyone. I absolutely LOVE my ring. I look forward to working with the team again for our wedding bands.

Kathryn Samyue I came to Narelle to have a gold ring I purchased overseas 23 years ago remodelled. Narelle was friendly, helpful and was able to come up with a design that I immediately liked, the stone was removed as sadly it turned out to be glass! As simple as the design is, its still elegant and a great stacking ring. She very honest and reasonable on price. I would easily go back to Empire again.

The process of designing the ring was a dream. We chose the sapphire in the studio and then the rest of the design was done via email. Sasha has an exquisite selection of stones to choose from and found the perfect diamond side pairings for me. Sasha listened to what I liked and managed to thread it all into the most perfectly designed ring. It was a first class experience - and hopefully not my last!
