5 /5 Trish Smith: I made an enquiry regarding a Citizen ladies watch. Spoke with Kerrie made an appointment to come into the store to view the watch. I received excellent customer service Kerrie & Shana went out of their way and were very helpful & friendly. I would defently come back. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Sue Harris: Mismatched item in the wrong price category in shop window. No response to email 8 days later re complaint. I also rang the company to say I have not yet received a reply 3 days ago. Will not shop there.

5 /5 Jem Stewart: Kerrie from the Erina Fair store took the time time to guide me through the bangles - she was very kind to take the time and talk about the different sizes, styles, fillings etc. to me. It was a lot of money for me to spend, but she was very patient with me for nearly a hour. I was also so impressed with her customer service that I didn’t even source or seek prices from other companies.
