Oliver OMalley Carmela is really good at what she does and Winston was helpful and extremely diligent during the conveyancing for a sale. I felt confident that our exchange would go through without problems which was indeed the case. The contract was shared with our real estate agent with speed which meant we got the house on market and sold far quicker than I was expecting.

Lindi Fay What an awful experience! I needed a notary to witness a signature. I made a phone call to enquire about their service - Winston was grumpy and unhelpful. When I asked for an indication of cost he said it would be "several hundred dollars" I responded that notary fees were listed as being $85. He said "well if you are going to whinge about the price go somewhere else!" and he hung up on me!!! What appalling behaviour. Avoid this place with all your might.

Garry Falloon Seemed to be nice people but really expensive for just witnessing a couple of signatures. It cost $280 for what was really only about 5 minutes work. They seemed to do a lot of unnecessary things such as binding a couple of pages which looked like padding to us. I could have got the same thing done at a courthouse for free.
