Roz Crawford Horrific at communicating. She was rude and dismissive to my solicitor. The communication we received was often incorrect and unsubstantiated. Do your research, there are many lawyers available in the region. I recommend someone else. I received a response to this review today saying that I was not a client of theirs. This seems to be the standard response to several other poor reviews. No I was fortunate enough not to be a direct client of Titus Lawyers, my poor conveyancer had to deal directly with Titus. Again, an apology would be appropriate given the personal attacks we received but I will not hold my breath.

Lucy Bisky I called to speak to a lawyer, the receptionist said the lawyer will call me back before 12pm that day. I waited until 12:30pm and called again, the receptionist said the lawyer will call back before 2:30pm that day. Waited all day, no phone call. I called a couple of days later, and the same receptionist said, "Oh our lawyer isnt taking Workers Comp cases", yet she didnt have the courtesy to call clients up. By the way, your law firm comes up on the Law Society website for Workers Comp cases, so maybe you should tell them thats not what you do anymore. Terrible service!
