Gloria Jeans Mortdale - NSW

Casting Shadow Good place to get coffee when in a pinch, however, the staff (owner) is not very friendly. Ive been to this place on a few occassion and he is a bit rude. There are a lot of drinks options and taste varies sometimes depending on who makes it.

Elim Cafe - NSW

Kahmen Such a lovely local cafe! The owners are so sweet and welcoming and the food is top notch. We both ordered the steak sandwich ($26) which was all prepared from scratch - the steak was super tender, the mushrooms and onions were delicious and the relish pulled everything together. They even served it with fries (always a good thing) and then gave us a free little dessert to finish it off. We spied a delicious prawn and mango salad dish that looked amazing as well, so would definitely recommend giving this place a go. There are also outdoor tables if you fancy sitting outside.

Bojio Oatley - NSW

Jason Butler We have been coming for a few years. Always great coffee here. A new addition to the menu is hand made Chinese dumplings. We tried for the first time recently and had the steam and pan fry options, both delicious. Prawn and coriander. Generous amounts of prawn and not too thick with the wrapping. There were other flavours which we can try next time.

CHIM Thai Restaurant - NSW

Howard Fan Great tasting Thai food in a convenient copy location. Most things are a bit spicy though, so jut be mindful if you are eating with people who cant handle spices. I would highly recommend the coconut rice over regular rice. The wait staff were very attentive and helpful.

Grumpy Dads Place - NSW

Juls Man Heard about this place through social media and glad I found a place that has Choripán. Ill have to visit again to try the rest of the South American style street food. The (classic) Choripán was amazing with chimichurri and bread roll. Right amount of flavour, bread was not soggy, my only regret was not getting 2. Also ordered a coffee, both to take away and easily able to eat on the go. Coffee wasnt too bad either which hit the spot. Service was prompt and kitchen was staffed. Team was helpful too with providing a full menu, they were happy for me to review menu till I found what I was going to order and never felt pressured of just ordering. They did have other meal options, which cater for other ethnicities, but for me it was all about the Choripán. Place had a nice authentic, rustic feel of not being a typical café which made the place more inviting. Ill be back to try some of the other South American delicacies.

Thai Elephant NARWEE - NSW

Cooper Morehead What an absolute change!. ☀️ The Mussaman curry is one of the BEST I have had in a long time - not runny, the right kind of punch, very flavoursome and authentic. Personally, I prefer sweet potatoes in it, but I still cant complain. Not the best image to display so... I intend to try out a number of other dishes so am hoping they follow suit. One important thing - they dont overcharge when it comes to the bill at the end. Give this place a try as am sure you wont regret it!

Ferry Glasmacher I like to appraise the bar attendant ladies at Narwee hotel in particular Bela who is very knowledgeable about the products behind the bar, very helpful always, ecstatic service as a five star treatment and as a young to be teacher she is very friendly ti the kids who cones along to the bistro. The Narwee hotel is very recommendable to both locals and new comers. It is a great place to be both bar and bistro service are very astonishing.
