The 5 Hamiltons We went on an off day, at an odd time so the energy hadn’t picked up yet. Only covered outdoor seating which we liked. Super friendly and engaging staff. Really good wings, and fries. Each wing covered with sauce from tip to tail. The devils in the detail. So good. My boys loved the bacon cheese fries and the chicken tender strips too. This place has rated highest so far on our Hamilton Scale. We’re attempting to find the best chicken shop in Sydney. It’s obvious the cook cares about the food being presented and that holds a lot of water with us! Absolutely recommend this joint.

Tabita Ika Absolutely incredible dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was beyond amazing — every dish was beautifully presented and packed with amazing flavor. The wine selection was impressive and perfectly curated, making it easy to find the ideal pairing. And the dessert? Simply the best — the perfect sweet ending to a flawless meal..must try the sticky fig pudding with homemade butterscotch sauce. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Laurie Minto Was excited to find such a nice restaurant close to home after recently moving to the area. Lovely setting despite being inside then RSL and easy to access. Food was delicious and service was great. Steak was cooked exactly how we ordered it, yum. Can readily recommend Flame and we are already looking for an excuse to go back!
