5 /5 Jin S: Dear Sydney food lovers. This is the best and cleanest all-you-can-eat Korean BarBQ my South Korean husband has found in Sydney. It’s on Victoria Rd, West Ryde. Worth the trek, walkable from West Ryde Station or buses stop nearby in both directions on Victoria Rd. We eat here most weeks at least once.

5 /5 Denny Lim: If you’re coming for the meat, this is hands down one of the best Korean BBQ spots around. The meat is clean, fresh, and nicely cut—definitely the highlight. The vegetables are also high quality and fresh, perfect for making ssam. The service is great. The staff are very attentive and diligent about changing the charcoal grill plate, which really enhances the dining experience. I also love the environment—it’s comfortable, not too crowded, and not noisy, making it easy to enjoy the meal. If you’re looking for a wide variety of side dishes or non-meat options, this may not be the place, as the focus is clearly on BBQ. I come here for the meat, and it never disappoints. I’ve returned many times and always leave satisfied. Highly recommended for meat lovers.

5 /5 Tom McLaurin-Smith: Absolutely one of the best Korean BBQ buffets Ive ever eaten at. Minimum 2 people per table, however I went alone and they still accepted me, for which I was very grateful. The meat is top notch, vegetables are fresh, and the sides are unique and delicious - however, it was the staff that made this a truly special experience, they were so friendly and welcoming, helping me cook and suggesting things to try. I will definitely be visiting again soon, and next time ill be bringing all my friends!

The attached photo teases me to take pictures to my hearts content and upload a review The meal time is 1 hour and 30 minutes, but it makes a sound when it changes to an hour depending on the presidents mood. I didnt want to experience it again, so my family had a good nightmare.

5 /5 David Kim: I usually prefer a la carte Korean bbq rather than bbq buffets and when I last visited, this place was actually a la carte. I believe it must have been quite a while ago. To be honest, I did not realise it had changed to a buffet style BBQ. We were so tired after a day at Raging Waters and we had hungry kids around 5:30 pm so we decided to stop by GBG on the way home. GBG is a fantastic Korean BBQ buffet in Sydney. The quality of the meat is excellent, and the side dishes are made with love from korean mothers and my kids loved the jap chae. I was also impressed with how well the lettuce was washed and prepared for ssam, which is often overlooked at other Korean BBQ restaurants. At $50 on weekends $47 on weekdays? Cant remember but the value is still unbeatable compared to other bbq buffet restaurants. Last but not least, I made my own affogato using vanilla ice cream and coffee. There is instant coffee pack available, and you can make it with the filtered hot water dispenser next to it. Honestly, this alone makes me want to come back!!. Keep up the great work, GBG. We will definitely be back!
