M L Lovely cafe on the corner across from where I stayed. It is unusual to find cafes that include breakfast options in addition to the bog standard eggs and bacon combo type fare. I had the porridge which was perfectly cooked with honey and a banana, and they kindly accommodated my request for a little extra fruit and included some strawberries and blueberries, was just what I wanted to start the day. Coffee was creamy and tasted really very good. The staff even filled my water bottle for me. When youre travelling and particularly by yourself as I was, its nice to find somewhere you feel comfortable to relax over a meal. Would definitely come again.

Daniel Bingham Ordered 1 thing from the menu and boy do I recommend. The Dirty Burger basically a breaky burger and it was freakin amazing. Service was pretty fast also. I highly recommend this unassuming little cafe.

Lara Cutrupi We recently held a Hens night dinner at Urban and cannot fault anything! Kasia was so helpful in the lead up to our dinner, allowing us to add our own event styling to the menu and providing alternatives to cater for our dietaries. The set menu was delicious and generous servings, great value for money. And the team were very attentive throughout the evening. Thank you thank you thank you! Our Bride and group were all so impressed and happy!

Jasmeen Kapoor I’ve always loved their food when dining in, but this time they truly won my heart. Our order arrived missing the meat, so I called and they were very apologetic. The owner himself came to drop it off and even brought a special dessert for the inconvenience. Amazing food and even better customer service. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Chris Horner The staff, service and food were all fantastic. We had the smashed avocado and acai bowl, and can honestly say it was one of the best avacado toasts we’ve ever had. Wish we had stumbled across this place sooner so we could’ve come for brunch everyday and tried the other dishes!

Angus Anderson Humbug is easily my go to for a special occasion dinner. Whilst the food and drinks are always sublime, what really keeps me coming back is the service. Attentive, personable, confident and knowledgeable. The staff know the menu through and through, and always offer spot on recommendations and pairings. You really feel like they want you to be there, which is not always the case in restaurants. I can’t fault the team at Humbug and cannot recommend it highly enough.
