Michelle Fernley The Imperial Peaking is an iconic landmark in the St George Shire. We went for an end of year Christmas lunch, 6 people. No need to book, we arrived st 11:30 and were seat in a lovely little alcove area off the main room which felt like a semi- private room. Yummy Cha is served daily, which the kids enjoyed, but preferred to order off the menu. The lobster with garlic cream sauce was a winner, as was the Imperial fried rice. We also ordered files steak Chinese style and sweet and sour pork. The kids also had a bowl of chicken and sweet corn soup. There was so much food but everything was eaten, finished of with a nice glass of Chardonnay. The decor is amazing and the shape of the building is like a round house. A pleasant experience enjoyed by all, we look forward to coming back again.
