5 /5 Karriza Rial: Came to RR as an infrequent RR eater, was served by a lovely young lady 11/2 around 6/6:15pm. Helped me with ordering and was pleasant to order with. Dinning in, we overheard her professional manner with other staff, other patrons and delivery couriers. The food was also delicious and overall had a really pleasant experience. Apologies, we didn’t get her name but it should be known that she is fantastic at her job and it’s nice to see genuine customer service being provided as well as professionalism. Thank you!

1 /5 Madan THING: I placed my order at 7:06 PM, and by 7:55 PM it was still showing as “preparing.” The food finally arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes. For a fast food restaurant, this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. What makes it even more frustrating is that the restaurant is only a 10-minute drive away. There’s no reasonable explanation for such a long wait time when the distance is so short. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient, but this experience was neither. There were no proper updates about the delay, and the waiting time was far too long for a simple order. If there are delays, customers should at least be informed in advance. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and time management. I hope the restaurant improves its preparation speed and communication, because this experience did not meet basic expectations for fast food service.

1 /5 TheAmandism: Mandy is the absolute worst customer service employee I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I ordered online so my food would be ready when I arrived. They didnt even start making it until well after I arrived. I waited a total of 30 minutes for overcooked chicken. Dont bother using the app. Dont bother ordering online. Theres no point

3 /5 Vi Hee: Quiet during the night! May be because it’s Friday??? Had the ripper Roll. It was ok! The bread tasted old. Definitely can tell it’s not fresh. The chicken is good, tender, moist and crunchy. Good seasoned as well. Had the dried chicken. Very oily, the skin very salty!! Chicken itself was ok. Wouldn’t recommend it though!! Overall not bad fast food!! Service is terrible! They have the attitude of don’t care! Customer service is down!!

1 /5 Steven Nguyen: Can see why no one goes to this place. Small not much around, got a reds burger and was probably the worst burger I have had for a while, 2 tenders rarely cooked, lettuce bland, the sauce was not good with a cold bun, literally having a cold burger. Will not come again.
