li hua xia Out of all the Malatang restaurants, this was by far the best. Located in Hornsby Westfield, peppercorn kitchen offered a range of delicious looking options, including a variety of meats, vegetables and noodles. I ordered a homemade tomato soup base, which turned out to be even better than I expected. The broth was savoury and aromatic, perfect with some seafood and vegetables. Furthermore, the staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the service was also peak. Overall, this is a great option for the whole family, with healthy and nutritious options, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Kayla D Drove down to Hornsby and discovered this hidden gem. We tried the salt n pepper squid, crispy prawn dumplings, crispy scallop and prawn dumplings, soy sauce noodles and Shanghai soup dumplings (forgot to take a photo) Everything was absolutely delicious and so fresh! Staff were very friendly and fast service. Will definitely be back 10/10

Lucas Zhu We loved going Kangnam for Korean food. We usually go for dinner as we are a big fan of Korean BBQ, but this time we went during lunch to celebrate a birthday. The fried chicken and seafood pancake were soooo crispy and delicious. The atmosphere was also great for having conversations.

Smith Phil (Shore Safe Locksmiths) Really enjoyed our visit to the Ladybird Cafe in Mt Colah recently for afternoon tea. Very peaceful quiet private location inside the nursery. There was comfortable sized tables that didnt wobble, good strong coffee, and the bakery items we ate were substantial size and well priced. I noticed they had a collection of books and magazines for customers to read, which is a lovely touch.

Standout favourites: Basket Chaat, Velvet Malai Chicken (so tender), Lamb Cutlet Croquettes, and Amritsari Fish.

Felipe Plaza Great Pizzeria! New favourite local pizza place in the area! Dont let the humble decor deter you; These pizzas are great. Friendly staff and owner. The dough is consistent, toppings are generous, and the taste brings back memories. Large selection on the menu. The place also does pasta and other dishes (have yet to try these). Soft drinks are available. Definitely worth a try, and at the same time support this local business. Pricing is very reasonable. One happy customer.

Taine Greenwood We had such a delicious meal here. The flavours were so unique and truly delicious. My girlfriend and I shared the Persian olive dip (must try, unlike any other dip I’ve had) and Noon paneer Gerdu (feta was so good) for starters. We then had Fesenjan and Gheymeh Nesar for the mains, and both were exceptional. The servings were very generous and left us well and truly full. The only request I’d make is for a little bit more meat in the dishes, but apart from that everything was perfect. Our waitress was so lovely aswell and provided excellent service. Overall we both agree we’ve found a true gem in Hornsby and will definitely be coming back!

Hans Yuan This is an amazing Korean barbecue restaurant. Ive passed by it countless times and finally got to try it today. The beef in the set meal is top-notch, the shrimp are huge, and the fried chicken portions are generous—but best of all, everything tastes fantastic! Highly recommended.
