1 /5 Carly M: I dont ever leave bad reviews, but after the treatment I received today, you can mark my word I will never return as a customer. I have been a regular customer for quiet some time.. in fact, probably years. Today I had the owner of the shop doing my eye brows (first time with her). When I hopped up and looked in the mirror, my left eye brown was extremely thin compared to the other and both were completely out of shape. Was a shocking job. It was extremely obvious. When I politely and I mean POLITEY mentioned that she had almost completley taken off my entire eyebrow, the owner natasha completely had a melt down in front of the other customers. The way she treated me was disgusting. After she carried on and disregarded whatever i was trying to say, she told me not to worry about paying. Irrespective of this, I told her I was happy to still pay but she rudely walked off. No apology, no care or offer to see if we could try and fix the issue. The way she acted had me in complete shock. Just a complete tantrum. A little word of advice natasha, if a customer is trying to explain something to you, LISTEN and learn how to regulate your emotions like most of us adults.
