1 /5 Melissa George: I just walked out from here having the worst experience of my life ever having my nails done. Ive been getting my nails done for several years and I thought I would come and use this nail place as Im a local. I felt my nails were being rushed and when it got to her painting them she was doing such a poor job overlapping on my cuticles, the sides of my nails were still showing because she wasnt polishing them properly, and it was like her brush was dirty and picking up dust so there was heaps of bubbles in my nails. I brought it to her attention and she just kept telling me to wait which I did. After the top coat I showed her again where it was all bubbled where she hadnt reached the edges and overlap in my cuticle, It was like my daughters had painted them. She went to drill them and file them back again which didnt fix them and I said that I wasnt happy with them and that she can discount me or get someone to redo them because I was not walking out like this and continuing this. The other lady came over to ask my concerns and I showed her and I said that Im not happy I have gift with this job at all and I communicate it with her but she doesnt want to listen she just keeps getting angry at me. The lady which I think was the owner who did my nails grabbed my hand and started squeezing them pulling them towards her colleague to show her, yelling at me at the same time, she was actually hurting me and I had to tell her to let go. I told her to stop grabbing my hands and she let go only to do it again aggressively. I got up and said that I am done and to discount me so I could leave because I was about to walk out. I was then abused by the owner in front of all her staff saying that I was just too fussy and said I was never welcome there again. To me replying that Im not fussy you just didnt do a good job and instead of working with me to correct it you abused me and couldnt take the constructive criticism. Im a business owner myself and Ive never experienced such poor service or attitude from a business ever. They will never get my service again and anyone I know in the area I will tell them to never go there not only did she physically get aggressive with me pulling my hands, but she also abused me in front of all her customers. Absolutely disgusting service I was more than open for her colleague to redo them until she got physical with me. Never ever again! You can even see in the photo below where she tried to correct and where she cut me in the process

1 /5 Melanie Smith: Ladies if you notice they use nail drills and files without changing are sanitation inbetween customers its a health risk for many reasons but most seriously hepC can be transmitted since they tend to cut your skin and blood isnt rare on those tools

1 /5 Felicity McDonald: Very disappointing, as a new mum i was really looking forward to treating myself but that is not the experiencei received. It was very rushed, i felt like i was unwelcome. The lady doing my Pedi didnt want to be there all. Completely the wrong colour, polish all over my toes, no scrub or massage. With my Mani, my thumb is glued to the nail which is quite painful. It was the most expensive Mani and Pedi Ive ever had. I went out and bought $10 nail polished to paint over the top. I will never go back.

1 /5 Natalie J: I have given this place so many chances as they are so conveniently located from where I live, but the quality of the work done here is the worst I have ever seen. I have left this salon with bleeding fingers, uneven acrylic nails and nail polish that was so thickly applied it bubbled and popped when I got home. They always fall off after a week of having them done. I hadn’t been here in months, sick of wasting my money, but with the floods and unable to get anywhere else, they were my only option. Again I was disappointed, and had nails coming off only THREE DAYS after having them done. Save your money. Nail bitten little stumpy fingers look better than anything these guys can do.
