5 /5 Belinda Severino: A&V san souci is amazing. Ann and Van are so professional, quick, kind and their work is always immaculate. They take their time to ensure everything is perfect. The salon is always so clean and welcoming. The pedicure process is so hygienic as well, which is not something that is easy to come across. So lucky to have found the perfect nail place in San Souci! Thank you Ann and Van and to the whole team. You guys are amazing.

I normally don’t bother writing reviews, but I was genuinely blown away by how they looked. this is the best her nails have ever looked. Seriously impressive work. Just thought others should know about this hidden gem. Highly recommend

1 /5 Juliana Milton: I’ve given this place a few tries since it’s close to home, but the experience has been disappointing each time. Most of the staff come off as rude, and the quality of the work just isn’t great. During my last visit, the person doing my nails seemed annoyed that my nails were short and was really unfriendly. She rushed through the job and the result looked bad. I won’t be going back.

1 /5 Rachel R: I don’t usually get my nails done, but I had a stressful week before a big event I thought I’d treat myself. I went in for a simple buff and polish and while I rushed to make my an appointment, they were 25 minutes late. The nail tech barely shaped my nails, they were all totally uneven. I asked if she could shape them further and she said my nails were too short and bitten - yet the next day my friend fixed them up for me at her house and they looked gorgeous. I went for the clear gel hoping they’d look neat, but they honestly looked worse than before. I also still have rings of fire from my nails being over-buffed, over a month later. Then at the checkout, they charged me an extra $5 because apparently I had a “spa manicure”, perhaps because my hands were placed in a small bowl of room temperature tap water?? The nail tech claimed it’s because she “cut my nails” rather than just shaping them which seemed even more odd, given she perhaps clipped one nail, and complained the whole time they were too short. This seems like a popular place, it’s always full and has other great reviews, so perhaps it’s just me, but I left the experience feeling quite upset and ripped off.
