5 /5 Victoria Francesca Scotchford: Had a Guinot Hydradermie facial with Raelene this afternoon- it was truly exceptional. I have only experienced such a high standard of service once before and it is very hard to come by. Raelene is a true master of her craft and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a facial treatment. I will be coming regularly and trying other services too. Thank you so much Raelene!

5 /5 nessa ivetta: I got a gift voucher for the Something Special package and it was the best treatment I had in Sydney so far. The back and neck massage as well as the facial was amazing!! The therapist was very friendly and experienced and they looked after every concern you have. I will definitely come back here again and bring my mom along for another amazing experience. Thank you so much for looking after me :)

3 /5 Jo McCarthy: My first visit was this week for a 60 min Swedish massage with Jesse. She was nice and the massage was good. The spa seed clean and they were very friendly. I wont be going back again unfortunately because I found the spa lacked what I was hoping for in relaxation. The massage room is right next to the reception area. While I was getting my massage the laundry machines were running which was loud and distracting. There was no aromatherapy and the oil for the massage had a strong perfume smell. Then on top of that the women at the front counter spoke the entire time on the phone organising a wake (I am sorry her for loss but that is a private conversation) . Then when another client came they spoke at full volume about Covid cases ramping up. I get a monthly massage as my escape and me time. I left feeling like I hadnt turned off at all. I suggest either a quieter reception area or potentially better sound proofing in the rooms. Jesse was good and I would have tried another massage if it wasnt for the overall lack of calming vibes.

5 /5 Sari Munro: Amazing service! I have been going to Balmain Spa and Natural Beauty for facials regularly for several years now and will never look for another beautician. The place is immacculate, service is fantastic and the staff is super friendly and professional. I have a sensitive skin with some allergies and Raelene goes way out of her way to look for products that are suitable to me. Highly recommended!
