She took the time to understand what I wanted. The eyebrow wax has given me beautifully shaped brows that frame my face perfectly. The tint added just the right amount of color, making my brows look fuller and more defined without being too bold. The under-eye mask has left my skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. Frances is also extremely knowledgeable about the products, and it’s clear she cares about her clients’ results. I walked out feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend this treatment with Frances and I have rebooked. Thank you Frances!
