5 /5 Tanya Palayangoda: After having a terrible haircut somewhere else I went to Billy & Vince and got a beautiful haircut and fixed my uneven hair. Ive also had a blow dry and they honestly do the best bouncy blowdrys. Ola, Chrissie and the team are amazing at what they do and such lovely people who make you feel so welcome. Thank you ladies, Ill definitely be back! Well worth the travel from Qld!

1 /5 Fa Re: I’ve been itching not to leave this review but months later I’m still paying for the price. The service is lovely and amazing however my experience was not the best with my hair. I had asked for a trim, requested a colour was convinced to do a toner instead and got charged for the original colour quote, I requested curtain bangs and received the thickest fringe that was blunt, not textured or blended it’s made my hair look awfully strange when I leave it open. I got nothing more but a mullet I’ve been trying to grow my hair out and have it up everyday. I wanted front layers face frame layers and got the most terrible layers so thick it eats into my hair which makes my hair look thin. I added a few highlights at the front which was meant to be $10 each I got 5 and was overcharged for 7 instead of 5. I paid, I didn’t say anything I just won’t ever be returning. The hair cut skill is absolutely zero. $300 for a toner, trim and no blow dry just 5 highlights.. definitely not worth the value or skill.

5 /5 Neha Patnaik: My first time and the experience was fabulous. I have always been skeptical of hair stylers and never experienced a perfect haircut in first time visit. Chrisie and Ola from Billy and Vince did magical job on my hair with perfect hair cut and blow dry it gave my hair the bounce and layers I was expecting( actually even better) .They made the entire experience very welcoming and friendly. Thank you and this will be my go to place.

1 /5 Shima: "I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The hairdresser foiled my hair, but unfortunately, my hair was severely damaged, and my roots turned red, possibly due to bleach leakage. When I returned to have it fixed, a dark color was applied to my roots, which covered the foiling rather than addressing the issue. Communication was minimal throughout the process. Despite the outcome, I was charged the full amount, and no apology was provided. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return to this salon.

5 /5 Christine: Ive had a haircut here and I loved it. I didnt get the name of the hairdresser but she did really well and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this salon.
