5 /5 Toby Wuyts: WOW! Simply breathtaking. Unbelievable walk. To do the out and back to Macmasters beach it is quite a slog. Good level of fitness required. I recorded 18km and 800m of elevation, which in the heat is tough! But the views and scenery are so worth it.

5 /5 Dona Mallik: Panoramic views of oceans, bays, and cliffs arent uncommon in Australia; but each corner has its own distinctive feature, colour, pattern endowed by nature that never fails to surprise the viewers. The rock textures at Bouddi Cliffs headland clamour for undivided attention right at the start of the track. We just loved to scramble and climb over a large stretch of these colourful rocks before moving on with the track to Gerrin Point.

4 /5 Céline Landra: Beautiful coastal walk with some stunning highlights at the start, especially around the Tessellated Pavement and Maitland Bay. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, and the final stretch of the trail felt a bit less scenic in comparison. I only had time to do it one-way and planned to get an Uber back to Putty Beach Car Park, but there were no drivers available, so I ended up taking the bus instead. Parking at Putty Beach is $8 for the day, while Little Beach offers free parking. Overall, a lovely trail – just plan ahead for transport if youre not doing a return walk.

5 /5 Melissa Lau: A must do & see! A unique walk because of the tessellated pavement. My favourite views of the walk were on the boardwalk along the cliffside. A doable walk for all ages (my partner was recovering from a foot injury too) My partner and I walked from Killcare Beach to Maitland Bay. If you are under time pressure, this part of the walk had the best views.
