4 /5 C S: I have been to see Lani a few times for brow shape, tint and lash tint. She has done a fabulous job each time and I have loved the result. Prices are higher than other salons, but worth it when you get such great results. Only downside is communication. Last time I needed an appointment I tried contact via phone and did not hear back, tried instagram and same thing. I ended up waiting for the 15th of the month for bookings to open online, and booked and attended my appointment. Lani then rebooked me but I needed an appointment before this time so reached out to get an earlier appointment. No response via text. Tried instagram, no response. It’s not because she couldn’t fit me in because on instagram she posted she had free appointments for the actual day I had asked to come in?? I had to wait for my booked appointment, and on the day of my appointment Lani text me and canceled due to personal reasons. She asked when I would like to rebook for so I responded and asked if she had times on the following days, and I never heard back again. I hadn’t been a difficult client, so don’t see why… Have had to go elsewhere because it’s December and I can’t wait to see if she will respond. Unfortunately brows aren’t as good as when Lani did them but what can you do.
