5 /5 V B: The best salon in Sydney, the ladies are amazing and go out of their way to cater for all their clients needs, its got a very fun vibe to it and its so beautifully decorated and the ladies are super talented. "I think the most important thing a woman can have – next to talent, of course – is her hairdresser."

2 /5 D M: So first you need to know that my haircut looks great, they do fantastic head massages while washing your hair and the salon is clean and smells devine. So why the low rating? I was charged for a blow dry that I did not ask for, nor told Id be charged for. Wash and cut is $35 but with this unneccessary extra service would be $60. I was given a small discount after raising my concerns. I feel that this could have all been avoided by simply asking me if I wanted a blow dry before it was undertaken. I had loved my experience up until that point and was excited to hair a great hairdresser close by however I wont be going back.

1 /5 Ella Mackay: I have never given a negative review but I had such a bad experience I feel like I should. I am naturally a dirty blonde and was wanting a freshen up with my regrowth and greys. I showed a photo of an ashy golden blonde style I was chasing. Similar to what I had before however it had just grown out after not getting my hair coloured for 6months. After first colour and tone when drying my hair it was orange and brown. They attempted to fix it by stripping off the toner and trying again but it was still brassy and much darker than when I originally went in. I’ve never had a hair dresser stuff my hair up like this and I’ve been colouring it for 20 years. Still charged and paid $220 when clearly extremely distressed about my hair situation. Now I need to give my hair a 2 month break to get my blonde colour back because of the damage done at the salon. The ladies were nice and hair cut was good but I wouldn’t recommend colour for blondes.

5 /5 Bethany Cayley: This place is such a gem! The girl there was lovely and offered me coffee and listened to what I wanted. Got my hair washed with a head massage before cutting and I absolutely loved the end result! She also gave me great effortless styling tips. Better and cheaper than the fancy expensive places in town!

5 /5 Elizabeth Evans: I have been visiting Sino and Mel for almost ten years and there is no one else I trust so implicitly with my hair! They took my blonde and broken hair and nursed it back to life! Sino is able to explain treatments is an understanding way, pricing is very fair, and whenever I go to the salon, it’s like catching up with girlfriends. Very grateful for these two wonderful women. Thank you team!
