Cabarita Park - Cabarita (NSW)

5 /5 GW L: We visited around noon on a Sunday in January. It wasn’t too crowded, and there were a few parking spots available. There’s an F3 ferry wharf nearby. Some people were enjoying a dip in the water, only wading in up to their waists. There’s a café nearby where you can grab some food and drinks (it also has restrooms). There seemed to be a picnic area and an event space, but we didn’t check them out in detail. The playground was decent, and while there was a water fountain, there were no tables around.

5 /5 Jonas Bengtsson: Beautiful, peaceful spot with well-kept grounds and great amenities. It feels like a bit of a sanctuary tucked away from the city. Only downside is the paid parking, would be even better if that was free. Still a favourite for a quiet walk or picnic.

5 /5 Roopa Fernandez: Cabarita Park is a lovely place with a nice café and plenty of picnic spots. Its a great venue for weddings or birthdays, offering a nice view of the river and marina. Theres also an aquatic center, clean restrooms, and lots of trees, making it perfect for walks. The only downside is the parking situation. Theres a lot of paid parking, which can be a bit of a hassle.
