I have done a few procedures, and they were done efficiently, safely and informatively which is reassuring as a patient. The Dr was also honest/transparent and told me when I was not able to do a specific procedure due to underlying illnesses at the time. Jaey has also reached out to follow up post-appointment and her mannerism is friendly and professional. I have booked an appointment again with Lucy end of May and I am keen to visit again.
