1 /5 Nelson Wright: Asked for my usual, 3 on the back and sides with a trim on top. Easy professional look. I get home and my partner couldn’t believe what the back looked like. Absolutely shocking! Had to get my partner to fix the haircut. I’m embarrassed I went shopping right after this haircut! First photo is what I came home with. Second photo is after my partner fixed it.

2 /5 Alison Mcdermott: Staff were friendly enough, but its going to take me a long time to undo the mess they have made. I now have 4 different colours in my hair, ranging from blonde to orange. I went back for a 2nd go, thinking maybe I just got the wrong hairdresser first time, but it was just as bad. Regrowth was visible that day.

1 /5 Trine Jones: Such a shame the quality has gone from this place, the customer care is out the window. I had an older lady apply my brown hair dye and leave it all over my forehead and ears unevenly without tidying it up after the fact, then in the basin the apprentice trying to remove the stains BURNT my scalp to the point I had scabs for a week and I was tearing up whilst it was happening. Prior to this experience I had multiple horrific times at the basin by the young blonde apprentice and one other ethnic woman where I was scratched, was told my hair holds to much water and is hard to work with (I have standard Australian hair), my hair was pulled and the message was just uncomfortable as she spoke about her teenage dramas none stop which would be fine if her hair washing quality was up to scratch. I had to ask them to dry my hair after I sat in the chair being ignored and leave dissatisfied and in pain due to burns. I WAS a loyal customer but they’ve lost their care factor and quality is gone.
