Croot Park - Hurstville (NSW)

Lake Matthew (Rhune92) Peter Low Reserve Park is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The park is well-maintained, with a large grass area that is perfect for picnics and outdoor games. The park also has some seating with tables for visitors to relax and enjoy a picnic. The parks thoughtful placement of bins makes it easy for visitors to keep the area clean and tidy. One of the highlights of Peter Low Reserve Park is the childrens play equipment, which provides plenty of entertainment options for young visitors. The playground is well-designed and includes a variety of equipment such as swings, slides, and climbing frames. Overall, Peter Low Reserve Park is an excellent spot for families, friends, and individuals to spend some quality time in nature. The parks combination of open green spaces, seating, and exciting childrens play equipment make it great as a morning picnic area.

Lucy Night Great park, has a toilet, bbq, little mini trampolines, quite modern, and its shaded. Has equipment suitable for toddlers and slightly older children.

Aavas Kunwar This small park is perfect for day out. i have started exploring from Tempe Station and end at Princess highway near Wolli Creek. This park has play ground for kids too, you can see the beautiful view of small Jungle, river, birds and the sunset as well. I have seen people rowing boat as well.

Pedro Finch Nice little party with updated playground equipment. Lawns are kept nice and tidy as well.

Barry Christensen My faith in the church has been renewed. As a lapsed Catholic I wandered into the church on a whim and felt inspired by the tranquility and peace as well as the acceptance by the church members of the parish. They inspired me by their collective acceptance without judgement. Reverand father blessed me after having listened to my conversation with him. I will be returning to St. Gabriels Church and possibly renew my views of religious beliefs.

Georgia Day One of my favourite walks ever. If you start at the lighthouse, you can finish with a coffee in town at the end. If you start in town, you’ve got the beautiful beach walk near the lighthouse for the end.

Marina Marina We strolled through all the beaches from Bondi to Coogee, and Bronte was our favorite! The scenic beach with clear water, the beachside pool with a jumping ledge, and the natural pools just below were all amazing. We loved that the distance from the coastal sidewalk to the shoreline was shorter than the other beaches, which makes sitting on the grass areas closer to the water as well!

Laura Lepore A great place to relax as you gaze at the water body. It also has a well kept soccer field, parking space and childrens playground. I absolutely loved it!
