5 /5 Tricia Stevens: I have been coming to the Double Bay salon for over a year as was referred by my previous beautician who has moved interstate. I see Sam for eyelashes every three weeks and am constantly complimented on what a great job has been done and how they look. They are the best. I have now had my brow shading done and they are terrific. Natural looking and I love the treatments. Sam is first class.

2 /5 Audrey Segaert: I’m giving two stars only because I received a refund, but my experience at Delash Mosman was deeply disappointing. I came in for an eyebrow service and left with the front part of my brows completely removed, resulting in an unnatural and uneven shape that I never asked for. When I returned to explain how upset I was, I was refunded, but the staff showed little care, concern, or accountability. I wasn’t offered an apology or any genuine advice on how to fix or manage the damage, which made the experience feel even worse. Eyebrows are such a visible and personal feature, its not just about the money, its about trusting someone with your face. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

5 /5 michelle Perkins: I have been seeing Samantha for my Lashes and Brows for 8 years .I started with natural silk. then hybrid and now 2D. I have been so pleased with all the results!! Sam has a great eye and will let you know what would suit you best and what is age appropriate. I love that she makes sure its a perfect job every time. I really recommend the Powder/Shaded Brow Samantha does.She did such a great job & I get lots of compliments on them!!! Thank you, Samantha!

5 /5 Brooke Loane: Samantha is a lash and brow wizard. After years of tinting my brows, Samantha encouraged me to have brow shading. I couldnt be more thrilled with the result. Samanthas attention to detail and skills are unmatched. If you are considering lash extensions and brow shading, I cannot recommend Samantha more highly.

4 /5 Kez Harrison: Always great eyelashes from Samantha Vo. Have tried other places which are closer to home or when overseas, but none of them are as good as the results I get from Delashcious. Lovely new salon too! Samantha does my eyelashes (currently having 11-12mm silk). When Sam is away Jenny usually does them. However I have never had any problems with any of the technicians.
