1 /5 Katherine: Terrible experience. The therapist moved between me and multiple others without cleaning her hands in between. The lash lamination was terrible it did nothing except make a few hairs constantly stick up (despite following all instructions). I tried to contact the business to ask them to resolve and they said they would call and never did. Not surprised though from how terrible my service was in store. I get my brows done a lot (look at my positive reviews) so know how they should be. I wish I hasn’t wasted my time here as now I need to lodge the issue with fair trading to protect others

1 /5 Maddy Perez: I had my brow appointment in here. When I came in my appointment, First the brow girl just let me sit and immediately waxed my brows didn’t even ask me anything if I am allergic or if my skin is sensitive. (Which I didn’t know that time that my skin is very sensitive) she just immediately waxed my borws after wax she did lamination. Which stings so bad I keep telling her the stinging wasn’t normal she keeps saying “oh it’s normal” when she moved to shaping my brows I noticed that she ripped my skin on my brow part because I have sensitive skin. She didn’t even do anything after that horrible experience I emailed their support and she just messaged me to put aloe vera in it and never did anything no help no anything I have to go to my dermatologist to get my skin checked which is horrible never again

1 /5 ivana el bitar: The worst eyebrow experience i’ve ever had. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing. I had to ask her if she wanted me to take my eyebrow makeup off to which she replied no shes happy to do with it on. An eyebrow thread includes trimming however i had to ask her to trim before she applied lotion. At this point i was worried so i asked her to remove my brow makeup- horrible horrible job. A chunk of my eyebrow is missing and the shaping of my eyebrows is horrible and do not match each side at all. I’ve never encountered such an incompetent threader. It is absolutely criminal to charge $29 for less than mediocre service. I am genuinely so distraught from this experience- my brows are disgusting.

1 /5 ainah a: I went in yesterday (17/06) to get my brows threaded; I thought the reason it hurt more than usual was because I hadnt gotten my eyebrows done in a while, but when I got back to my hotel I saw that there were small cuts on my skin from where the thread was. This are what my eyebrows look like after a day (see picture).

1 /5 Hayley Frost: Got my brows done here for the first time on Saturday, have been in unusual intense pain around one of my eyebrows to then waking up a few days later with a red, swollen eye and bruising around the entire eyebrow. This has not eased all day and is not showing any signs of easing. I’ve had my brows threaded and tinted countless times and never had this kind of reaction or even bruising for the matter. Do not recommend!
