1 /5 S B: Worst salon Ive ever been to. The customer serve and level of care is attrotious, the staff mostly are transient travellers who couldnt care less and the owner seems pretty disinterested, not caring much about whats happening in her salon. So if your looking for a good hairdresser to stick with this is not the place, dont bother! I went in to have my blonde roots done with their best colourist, she did not get the bleach on fast enough and overlapped already bleached hair, this caused large areas of my hair to break off. The breakage was so extreme that there was no fixing it, I shaved my head the very next day, no hair was better the mess I was left with. When I spoke with the owner and she agreed to refund me and took my bank account details. However she never followed through with the refund. I have since tried to speak with her and follow it up, only to find out from her staff that shes changed her mind about the refund and unavailable to speak to me about it. Not exactly what you call good customer service or professionalism from a business owner. Very bad experience, wouldnt wish this salon on anybody.
