1 /5 Derek Asprey: I’ve been a regular customer here for a couple of years. Lately, the quality of the SNS nail service has diminished. At my last visit I had a different technician and I told her the nail surface was not smooth or dry enough. The technician stated it was finished so I paid and left. The surface stayed rough - a waste of $50. Also, I noticed a dark shadow appearing under the polish on three of my nails. When I returned to the salon and showed them they removed the polish and the dark patch proved to be, according to the store manager, a fungal infection. Medical advice is that it will take 6-12 months to cure. Apparently fungal infections can be spread by the reuse of emery boards on multiple customers. A hygiene nightmare!! I won’t be back. Louise.

1 /5 ava moore: they told me they were able to do what i wanted, seemed nice at first and hard working, although made us wait quite a long time, once the time came near the end they didnt put on the colours i had specifically asked for multiple times and said no no no many times we cant do that for you and for some reason wouldnt let me and my friend get what colours and nail shape we wanted, they pretty much jsut did what they wanted and i am disgraced that they still made me pay for nails i didnt even want, i feel scammed... the photo below is what i wanted and what they actually gave me

1 /5 Sallyk: Ive tried this place 3 times now. Today Ive had my worst acrylic infill ever!! The qua5of their work is awful. Waste of $50 as I have to get them redone. I said to the person doing my nails that I dont like them thick. She proceeded with the infills, and squeezed my fingers so hard, as she did each nail. It was so obviously she didnt like what I had requested!!!! Never again!!!!
