Glad to see a good Indian salon in epping. Pls make sure to book appointment and they do have online booking system as well which is very handy.

1 /5 Vivien Fang: Unfortunately I had a poor experience with the booking service. I turned up for an appointment today and the staff member there was surprised to see me when I said I had an appointment. I showed her the text message and confirmation email I had gotten. She looked at her computer and said it wasnt there. It seems Exotic Indian Beauty partners with Fresha booking system and it may have been a problem with Fresha. Either way, I had booked for an eyelash lift and tint. She then advised me, to my surprise, that eyelash lifts were not done there despite it being advertised on their website, so I left with nothing done and unfortunately it was a huge waste of time. Suspiciously, as soon as I left, I received an email (4 mins after I turned up for my appointment if you check my screenshot) saying my appointment had been cancelled, so the staff member clearly could access the appointment in some way.
