5 /5 Holly Philip: This is my go to nail place! I dont get my nails done often but when I do I come here. You can walk in without a booking and start getting your nails done in less than 5 minutes. I got a french manicure acrylic nails last time I came and the staff were very helpful in deciding how I wanted my nails done and asked along the way if I was happy with how they were looking. They looked amazing in the end, exactly how Id wanted them, and they lasted for a couple weeks before they only just started to come up on the sides. If you can, bring cash as you get a 10% discount.

3 /5 Indi Roberts: I am extremely frustrated and disappointed after getting a pedicure shellac yesterday. I had an appointment booked and after an hour of waiting, someone finally started on my toes. I have loved getting both my hands and nails done here, up until recently. It is rushed and seems they would rather take on too many people than complete nails to a high standard.

1 /5 Cassie Bryant: Great job but be careful of their pricing, its not true to their brochure or quote when booking. After they have finished your nails, they like to add additional fees when its time to pay such as removal of sns for new sns or cut off tips etc. Nowhere has ever charged that before. They then pointed to removal of acrylic nails on their pricelist usually $20 when questioned even though it was just standard sns. I watched them confuse 3 other people getting gel nails with additional fees whilst I was there as well. Great job, but you pay extra without any transparency until at the register. Be warned ⚠️ when questioned, they just said everyone charges those additional fees and I should go somewhere else next time. Charming.

1 /5 Mrs Noakes: After you comment I am even more upset. I have broken 1 SNS nail in the years I have had them and you try and use this as your cop out to explain why would poor handy-work has only lasted days. To add insult to injury I can tell you that time is the real test with nails. Almost all of them have chipped or lifted which has never happened. In addition to this, the colour has discoloured. I was told by two other reputable nail salons that this is a result of poor quality, old or unsuitable combination of products and workmanship. I told you I was unable to have the uv light on my hands due to a medical condition and your staff member lied and told me it was not UV. Then you say I was in your store for 1h 15 min. Can you tell me how much of that time I was left sitting the twiddling my thumbs. If it was 1h and 15 min and not 2 hours it must have been the overall dissatisfaction, uncomfortable nature and overall terrible experience that made it feel longer. After countless positive reviews I was appalled with every aspect of this nail parlour. I went in for SNS. After taking my SNS off they told me I don’t want SNS that I need to have gel. I told them no that I don’t want it. They then proceeded to argue with me about why my nails won’t last with SNS. I would get one or two days before they break. I told them I have had it for over a year and only ever broken one nail when I slammed it in the boot of my car. It then took them almost 2 hours to do my nails in between ever other person that came in after me. She also was so aggressive when shaping my nail she broke it. Now 2 days later a nail lifted and snapped off. I think the reason they don’t want to do SNS is because they can’t and definitely shouldn’t. Overall a pathetic job and and infuriating experience.

3 /5 Kathryn Pritchard: I absolutely love the gell infill nails they do for me every few weeks, however recently Ive been spending up to 2 hours in there despite making a booking each time. They say yes to everyone who walks in without mention of waiting time, I spent 30 min waiting, good thing I had my kindle app and a good book. And then they do some of the work and jump to a new person, not returning to me for another 15 minutes. I sense some of the ladies working there are a bit frustrated with this too. Unfortunately I dread to return due to the lack of communication and lack of honouring the booking system. Its a shame because the nails do last a long time and look beautiful!
