Fancy Lash - Chatswood (NSW)

1 /5 Annie L: Photo 1 & 2 are lashes by Fancy Lash and Photo 3 is a new set by another store after I got these removed. You can really tell the difference in application skills… To start with, my eyes were burning for an hour during the process. The end result was sparse and clumpy, which would’ve been ‘fine’ if my eyeballs weren’t completely blood shot and painful to touch. I’ve never experienced this type of irritation before. I couldn’t brush my lashes through due to the lash and glue clumps. Everytime I blinked, the clumps would just stab me in the eye/eyelid. Additionally, I could barely see as the lashes covered half my vision. I had to go to another store to remove on the same evening since it was hindering my blinking and vision. This all costed me $300 with the removal, and then another $150 for a new set of lashes from another store (which I thankfully love). I asked Fancy Lash for a refund and they can only provide store credit for my next visit… there’s no way I’m coming back again and risking my eyes. That’s not a very reasonable request, and there’s no reason why you can provide a credit but not a refund. I’ve come to this store a few times, always had a good experience with different lash techs except for this time.

The process was smooth and relaxing, and the technician was incredibly professional and gentle. The lashes look so natural yet beautifully voluminous, enhancing my eyes perfectly. They feel lightweight and comfortable, and the application was done with precision.
