1 /5 Valery Puerta: Terrible costumer service lady, rough and dont have respect for the customer!! NOT RECOMEND AT ALL THAT LADY SHE DOESNT EVEN CLEAN MY NAILS PROPERLY AFTER POLISH

1 /5 Angela Karas: Changed management. Didn’t do a good job. I left there unhappy. The lady wouldn’t listen to my requests. She cut my nails too short even though I said just trim a tiny bit! And she left before finishing the job and palmed me off to someone else. Very below average job. Don’t they know there are so many salons around and they need to lift their game!! Absolutely appalling service.

1 /5 Rawan: Cheap work. Terrible, extremely rude customer service. Put your money and time somewhere else. 1. They didn’t bother to clean the cuticles. 2. Colour turned out completely different than I wanted, but I said fine, and paid the whole bill. 3. Nails are distorted in a weird way, not straight. 4. Broke only 2 days after. 5. I called to check if they can fix it, she suddenly started shouting at me for no reason once I told her they were broken! telling me that it’s my fault I must’ve opened something and broke it while I clearly told her it started with a crack breaking with time, but nevertheless she kept shouting at me like if I were a child! 6. On top of all this they speak rudely about you in Vietnamese while working. I have Vietnamese friends and I understand some of what they say, it’s just not acceptable. I’d rather pay extra to get it fixed somewhere where I feel respected than being insulted, with cheap unreliable work.

5 /5 Lydia Bezina: I dont know what these bad reviews are on about. On my first visit, I went in there, last minute with no appointment and the ladies were so accommodating. I walked out with the best nails I have ever had (for a reasonably price too) and have been a loyal customer ever since. Rose is an expert - the shape, thickness and finish of every nail is perfect every single time. I will also note that I had been a nail biter for years so Rose is actually a miracle worker. I now get my nails done here every 2-3 weeks because I am so obsessed with how good they look!
