I had been a loyal customer for years, but sadly, I won’t be returning. I booked haircuts for both myself and my daughter. The hairdresser rushed through my daughter’s cut in under ten minutes and didn’t even bother to dry her hair—she left with it soaking wet. When it was my turn, my hair was also left wet, making it nearly impossible to tell if the cut was done properly. When I raised concerns, the hairdresser became visibly impatient and said she had other clients to attend to and didn’t have time. I was shocked—especially since I was paying full price like everyone else. This was the first time I’ve ever had a haircut where the stylist didn’t even dry the hair to check their work. Unfortunately, the quality and care that once made this place great are no longer there. I strongly recommend you to check another place where people have more professional manners.
