1 /5 Inaara Jindani: Please be cautious when you go here! I went to JJ previously and she had cut me long layers which I really loved. I came back recently for a trim by Eva and it’s completely choppy and my layers are very uneven. Update: I messaged the business, they apologised and promised a refund. They then stopped responding and never issued one despite waiting a week. I then had to do a chargeback with my bank. Very disappointed. Please also note that the reviews on Fresha are all 5 stars as they don’t approve lower star reviewed comments.

2 /5 G G: A simple fringe trim - very disappointed. It is all wrong. I have had a fringe for 30+ years and never had this problem. The shape is wrong and it’s much too short will take months to repair. I hadn’t read the reviews beforehand and now wish I had. I should have just done it myself.

5 /5 S TING (TinggggS): LOCATION!!! Don’t use any map APP! It will confuse you! Salon located the inside of Greenwood plaza, need to walk all the way to the end of the plaza (from station), opposite is news agency. Highly recommend this salon! I had Jay as my hairdresser today, she is so lovely and very professional! I usually show photos to my hairdresser for my hairstyles, but Jay recommend what suites me better, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new color and cut! Great experience! Highly recommend!!!!!!

5 /5 Shutter bug: Thanks Eva for a wonderful experience and a gorgeous colour. I had at least 30cms cut off the length and revamped the colour for a younger fresher do. You were confident and capable. I love a hairdresser who can guide and educate not just deliver what your say. When I experiment I look to the professionals for guidance and you told me how we needed to tone the roots and make movement in the cut. So happy. Thanks so much.

5 /5 Lucy Lee: Permed my hair for the first time with Jay and she was so efficient and friendly throughout the whole appointment. She made my perm so bouncy and I’m receiving so much compliments! I will 10000% book with her again! If you’re hesitating to book, don’t hesitate, just book and you will feel like a new person. Absolutely more than satisfied!!
