5 /5 Allan Lee: Something for everybody here - if you feel energetic you can take strenuous walking options; if you dont you can park in the car park and have a gentle stroll through the bushand and enjoy the views of Fig Tree Cove. We joined the path at the Southern end on Sugarloaf Crescent (but thats because we live nearby and can walk there. Its a residential street so you can park there. too. The path is easy to follow, though there are plenty of steps. we followed the steps down to the lookout and then followed the path right round the headland to North Arm Road. There are stunning views of the water and the headlands to the north and south. Not much in the way of facilities, though - the nearest cup of coffee is a couple of kilometers away! But then you dont come here for the coffee. If youre adventurous, you can carry on from North Arm Road onto the North Arm walking track, which is another bushland/waterside track - though that is quite a long way round. And all this time, you are about 7km, as the crow flies, from the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
