I made a booking weeks in advance and specifically asked for a colour specialist. I felt very rushed through the consultation by my hairstylist, Chloe.
Despite bringing a photo of the exact colour I wanted - natural-looking light amber with copper highlights, I still walked out with a very fake looking dark burgundy purple-red (as described by Chloe after the fact) with blonde streaks.
It took several attempts to speak with anyone about the mishap and when I did, they were rude and they argued and tried to blame me saying that I asked for that colour. Lisa even went to lengths as to threaten to bring out the video footage (which I encouraged as it would be in my favour). Not once did anyone even apologise. I spoke to a colour specialist at a different salon who agreed that the colour I received was far from that of the picture I had taken with me.
If you value your hair, I also do not recommend having your hair blow dried here. Chloe struggled to blow dry my long hair, getting the brush thoroughly tangled more than once - She pulled on my hair to free it. I also dont particularly like hearing my stylist gossip negatively with other stylists about clients - very unprofessional.
After being spoken to rudely, being yelled at by Maddi, being accused by Chloe and Lisa, I did finally receive a refund but I would never wish this experience upon anyone. There are much nicer, talented and more professional stylists around. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.
