1 /5 Chanel Tsilimos: My daughter went to this salon and was utterly shocked and upset about what they had done. Her skin was agitated twice from having to peel off glue and the nails just honestly look terrible. She told me once we left she was about to cry as we have an event and they honestly look terrible. I cant even begin to explain how much I would never recommend going there again. The nails are chipped, have bumps, are too short,the wrong colour and too thick. Not to mention they made her bleed 3 times.

5 /5 Johanna Wall: I have had SNS done here regularly since they opened and Indulge is the only place I have tried in the area where my nails do not break or chip and the colour lasts without fading. I can easily go 4 weeks, and always regret the times I go elsewhere! (sometimes it’s convenient)

1 /5 Michaela Mic: wish I had read the reviews beforehand. This was my second time getting my nails done here, and the experience was worse than the first. The first time, I paid $50, but for the same service, I was charged $60 this time. My nails hurt during the process because the technician was more focused on chatting with her colleague than paying attention to my nails. She hurt me twice! I had to return for an extra coat of color because my nails weren’t done properly the first time. When I did, I felt like I was bothering them. She added another coat, but it still looked patchy. When I pointed this out, her response was, “Next time, pick a different color!” (The color I chose was pink.) Maybe they should invest in better gel products! Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I won’t be returning.

1 /5 Tania Sissaguian: Horrible experience, I won’t return. The lady was snappy, rough and didn’t listen to anything I asked. Her colleague noticed her rudeness and even told me she was “very angry lady”. Paint came off immediately after painting as it was too thick and was never going to dry. Another customer was watching her serve me and heard what I asked and said “I don’t think she’ll listen.

1 /5 Veronica Moore: Randomly charged extra for “long nail infill”. Also not stated on the price list. Previously been here a handful of times before, with the same length nails and did not get charged this extra fee. You’re only infilling the cuticle (as would a short nail infill) .. I’ve never heard of something so ridiculous. Making up charges at the register is ridiculous. Will not be going back here!
