1 /5 Sibylle von Linde: First time I had only Shellac, which was pretty good. Second time I wanted the same, but she talked me into BIAB because ONE of my nails broke, she told me Id save money with that - I ended up paying $95 for "thin BIAB nails" that were the thickest nails Ive ever had in my life. Their eye for detail is rather poor, the nails were all very uneven in thickness. Two days ago I went for the third time to refill the BIAB. I had an appointment but still waited for almost 30 minutes, because they dont check if they have appointments or not.
Unfortunately it was dark when I left, so I only realised at home that I had many air bubbles on several nails. This morning, one big bubble popped and the top layer peeled off, so I went there in my lunch break to fix the nail. I showed her on a picture the colour and number I have on my nails and guess what - arriving back at the office, I realised they used a different colour! I cannot believe it to be honest and I am really angry. I have no time to go all the way back again to get that fixed. And since I have more bubbles on other nails, it is only a matter of time until they need fixing too.
Also, every second nail was shaped differently - some round, some flat. Lots of residue colour next to the nails, very sloppy job. Waste of time and money and very unhappy with the result. And extremely sad because I really needed very nice nails for a special occasion :(
