1 /5 Cathy Shi: I would like to rate 0 if I could! Very rude and offensive service that I have ever experienced in my life. The owner, whose name is James, continuously turned my head at a specific position, which was easy for him to operate. Also, he pushed up and down the chair multiple times without notifying me, leaving my legs lunging there, which was very uncomfortable. Furthermore, his English is really poor so that its very hard to communicate with him, his impatience makes it even worse. strongly suggest to avoid this man and his terrible service!

5 /5 Danny Kim: Tried this new place out. Hair designers were very knowledgeable with their hair knowledge. Surprisingly they have hair pores checking machine thing not sure what they are called but pretty cool. Owner was happy to check my hair pores for free of charge and told me my pores were pretty clean. Pretty cool place.

5 /5 Jen Jia Ng: Very good and consistent haircut. Been going there for about half a year, once every 3 weeks. Very reasonable price too.

1 /5 Cynthia Cho: By far the most humiliating and disrespectful customer service I have ever received at a business. The owner, James, had berated me in Korean to his workers for coming back for an aftercare treatment after a perm. The situation escalated to the point where I was in tears with the owner continually shouting and criticising me. I am in shock that someone can talk down to a stranger like this in public, let alone as an owner of the business. Another employee of his also confirmed that how he acted in the situation was aligned his usual mannerism of being blunt, Ill-mannered and unpleasant. Although I felt apprehensive about posting a negative review to a new business, the conduct in which the owner had acted in was far from being appropriate nor would it be fair for any future customers to not be aware and how offensive the owner could be.
