5 /5 Kim Lorraine: During Covid, I let my hair grow to beyond waist-length and last month, I visited Jax Hair for a haircut. I thought it might takes a few visits before my bob-cut settled into shape. To my surprise, the bob-cut was perfect from the first. Jacqui took time to cut and style. It wouldnt have been easy as the hair had the weight from my length. My hair is also various shades of grey and thick, so not easy to manage. Yet, I wake up and brush it and its in shape. I wash it and dry it and it is in shape. Such a great cut. Thank you Jacqui for understanding what I was describing and wanted. Your expertise shows. The time you took and the care you show is greatly appreciated, thank you. Kim

5 /5 katrina moratti: Jacqui is an amazing hairdresser. Im an extremely indecisive customer who switches between being a blond and a brunette . Jacqui is always able to help me make the best decision for my hair. I trust her expertise and am never disappointed. Customer service is as important as the actual finished product and I always know that Ill be greeted in a friendly and professional manner. She makes an amazing cup of coffee too. I look for visiting the salon again soon for a trim and blow dry. I can always feel confident that when I have a regular colour/ cut or even just a blow dry for a special occasion , I will come away satisfied.
