2 /5 Venessa Critchlow: It’s sad to say but I’ve been going to Jenny’s nails for nearly 8 years and won’t be returning anymore. The prices have gone up and up and I understand the cost of services and goods have gone up in general but it just doesn’t seem to match the level of service or quality of service they have always provided previously to justify their pricing. The service just isn’t there anymore $105 for French painted gel nails with no tips it’s just crazy to see and they just lift up on the sides and break within days and I’m continually paying $10 to fix a nail sometime 3-4 times to get me through my usual 3 or so weeks between having my nails done I understand if it was reaching the 3 weeks and this was happening as the gel grows down the nail bed but not 2 or 3 days into having them. I see binny here on and off but not as much as usual he is the best there for nails and it makes me sad to leave mostly because he has always been so amazing (I can barely get in to see anymore as his mostly never there when I go anymore) I don’t know how well the salon would do if he was too leave too but other than that the staff are completely different here now to the staff who were there for many years prior to beginning - mid of this year. Today I went in to fix my nails it’s been 2 weeks this is third time I’ve attended since having them done $105 + $30 in repairs $135 it’s a joke to say and today I think they knew I was annoyed or over it to say the least as the repair job done was bodgy and they seemed more inconvenienced then me. Picture for reference. This is the second time I’ve had this pointer finger fixed as well with this set. Best of luck with your future business.

2 /5 Amy Townsend: Rushed and poor service. They did my pedicure in 23mins. The cuticle cutters were blunt making it very painful. Didn’t file or shape my nails at all. They rushed the shellac so much that it isn’t dry under the top coat. So I’ve got a hard top coat with a wet bubble of shellac underneath (see photo). Won’t be going back. Don’t recommend.

5 /5 Tu Nguyen: Nail service here is great. The shop just change a brand new massage chairs, so comfortable and I had very pretty Christmas art on my nails.

2 /5 Judy Macaulay: Unfortunately l have noticed recently the place is becoming shabby. The owners need to put some money into upgrading. For example l saw a staff member pushing the padding back into into a huge rip in the pedicure treatment chair. Equipment looking old. A staff member was brushing my feet with a worn out cloth fit for the bin. I ended up with a very sore side of my foot the next day. Staff seem very disinterested and unhappy.
